We have built packaging machinery, chemical processing equipment, paper converting machines, food processing equipment, pilot plant prototypes, custom air presses, inspection equipment, research and development projects, metal processing machinery, plastics, assembly machines and composite material machines,\u00a0 scientific equipment, test equipment, and much more.<\/h5>\n
\"AirWe also do related projects like system integration of new production equipment, major machinery upgrades, re-design and rebuild for higher performance, life extension projects, product and size changes, etc. If you have an existing system that is otherwise good, except for a problem area, we can re-design and re-do the relevant sub-assemblies, saving great expense compared to purchasing an entirely new system.<\/h5>\n
\"PackagingWe design machinery to be practical. We understand that actual humans will operate the machine, in the real world, so we design with that fact in mind. This is a departure from the style of construction used by the typical machine builder. Our machine controls, safety devices, access panels, etc. are considered before the machine is built, instead of afterwards. \"HoppersOur structural components are fully engineered, robust, and of the proper material for the intended service. We use components (bearings, motors, sensors, etc.) available through normal industrial trade channels like McMaster-Carr, Grainger, etc., when possible.<\/h5>\n
\"WebWe have sold many machines that have been in for production for many years. We recently rebuilt one of our custom machines that had been in continuous production for 18 years. It operated through millions of cycles, without failure. We also had a different customer re-order a duplicate specialty machine we built for them 17 years earlier. They wanted it to be exactly the same as the first, because the first had never broken. One customer has re-ordered so many custom can clamp mechanisms, over the years, it has become a standard item. We still use the original prints, unchanged after 15 years.<\/h5>\n
